Our Yoga classes are designed for all skill levels and are a great way to improve strength and flexibility. OurĀ  instructors can help individual students adapt their practice according to their skill and endurance level.

AM Yoga class introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures with a focus on stretching and balance. This beginner friendly class can be adapted to all skill and endurance levels.

  • Taught by YMCA Instructor Jill Manning.
  • Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:00 – 9:45 AM
  • This class is FREE for Gold Members!
  • 45 minutes, 18+

Afternoon Yoga is a full Yoga practice focusing on breathwork, physical practices, and meditation.

  • Taught by Cameron Sanders.
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3:30 – 4:30 PM
  • This class is FREE for RLA YMCA Members and $5/class for Non Members.
  • No online registration, please inquire at the front desk.
  • 1 hour +, 18+

PM Yoga class includes combinations of breathwork and energizing movement. This class begins with gentler movements to warm-up the body, then progresses into a more challenging flow of sequences, including standing poses, balances, inversions, and peak poses. This beginner friendly class can be adapted to all skill and endurance levels.

  • This is a seasonal class, September – May
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:15 – 6:00 PM
  • Taught by YMCA Instructor Nancy Buss.

  • 45 minutes, 18+
