Yoga
Our Yoga classes are designed for all skill levels and are a great way to improve strength and flexibility. OurĀ instructors can help individual students adapt their practice according to their skill and endurance level.
AM Yoga class introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures with a focus on stretching and balance. This beginner friendly class can be adapted to all skill and endurance levels.

PM Yoga class includes combinations of breathwork and energizing movement. This class begins with gentler movements to warm-up the body, then progresses into a more challenging flow of sequences, including standing poses, balances, inversions, and peak poses. This beginner friendly class can be adapted to all skill and endurance levels.
