Yoga
Our Yoga classes are designed for all skill levels and are a great way to improve strength and flexibility. Our skilled and experienced instructors can help individual students adapt their practice according to their skill and endurance level.
- These classes are FREE for Gold Members!
- Adult classes are for those 18+, however exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. Reach out to the Program Director with any questions.
Afternoon Yoga
Our Afternoon Yoga class is a full practice that includes breath work, physical practice, and a longer meditation.
- Taught by Cameron Sanders.
- This class is free for Members and $5 for Guests
AM Yoga
Our AM Yoga class introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. This beginner friendly class can be adapted to all skill and endurance levels.

PM Yoga
Our PM Yoga class includes combinations of meditation, breathwork, and energizing movement. This 45-minute class begins with gentler movements to warm-up the body, then progresses into a more challenging flow of sequences, including standing poses, balances, inversions, and peak poses. This beginner friendly class can be adapted to all skill and endurance levels.
